the location was quite convenient, being a short walk from the town centre.
The air conditioning in the room barely worked. It was uncomfortably warm. the toilet didn't flush properly. It took ages after each use. also, the breakfast was disappointing. The hot food plates were cold.

the room was clean and presented well.
the tea and coffee facilities were inadequate , offering only one decaf coffee sachet and one regular coffee sachet for two people. i suppose i could have asked for more , but i do not really like coffee bags. i was also a bit shocked that a function took place on the floor below and did not finish until midnight.

faulty air conditioning
The air conditioning barely worked and my room felt stuffy. also, the slow dinner service was frustrating. I waited ages for my food, and when it finally arrived, part of it was cold. it seemed like there were plenty of staff, so i'm not sure what the holdup was.

the room felt recently refurbished and looked nice. bathrooms were also recently updated. the spa was in good condition (i did not have the time to visit it).
the air conditioning was not working well. it was quite warm in the room. the toilet did not flush properly (i reported it but nothing changed).
