We had a lovely stay, enjoying the delicious breakfast and the upgrade to our room. However, the experience at the spa was disappointing due to the unprofessional behavior of the staff during the massage. The restaurant had mixed experiences, with delightful food but an underwhelming atmosphere. Overall, it feels like the hotel is trying but has room for improvement.
